This Textbook provides the final wording of the draft of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as passed by the EU "Trilogue" on December 15, 2015 and backed by Civil Liberties MEPs on December 17, 2015. This is not the official text of the GDPR; the European Parliament is said to finally decide and vote on the GDPR in spring 2016, and hopefully the numbering will be revised before.
